UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery £9.35

EU: Royal mail Tracked and Signed £15

International: Royal mail tracked and signed £25

Delivery Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with James Tanner at the time of your order. Disclaimer: At times items will be made bespoke to the order placed, in this case orders can take upto 10 working days from the date placed to be dispatched. You will be informed if this applies to your order as soon as possible after the order is logged. Each item will be sent recorded and signed for. International customers (outside of the uk) are responsible for any customs/import charges incurred.

UK Orders

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it.

In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Worldwide Shipping

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns can be made within seven days of receipt of goods provided they are unworn and un damaged (scratches, chips etc) However, James Tanner is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the goods. Please make us aware of the return via email before shipping.

Bespoke Items cannot be returned, this includes personalised or modified items i.e. personal engravings etc... In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact james@james-tanner.com

Returned items will not be accepted in the event of any 3rd party alterations or repairs having taken place. James Tanner accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
