Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries to the rest of the world we use 'Royal Mail tracked signed'. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Returns can be made within seven days of receipt of goods provided they are unworn and un damaged (scratches, chips etc) However, James Tanner is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the goods. Please make us aware of the return via email before shipping. Bespoke Items cannot be returned, this includes personalised or modified items i.e. personal engravings etc... In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact james@james-tanner.com Returned items will not be accepted in the event of any 3rd party alterations or repairs having taken place.
