Terms

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by James Tanner, London, ordered from the James Tanner website at www.james-tanner.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

James Tanner reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices

James Tanner use Paypal as their online purchasing system.

James Tanner does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, James Tanner will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to James Tanner through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm James Tanner has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact us at james@james-tanner.com.

All goods are subject to availability.

Delivery

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with James Tanner at the time of your order.

Disclaimer: At times items will be made bespoke to the order placed, in this case orders can take upto 10 working days from the date placed to be dispatched. You will be informed if this applies to your order as soon as possible after the order is logged.

Delivery is free on all orders. Each item will be sent recorded and signed for. International customers (outside of the uk) are responsible for any customs/import charges incurred.

Payment Security

James Tanner uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk/uk

James Tanner is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Cancellation

James Tanner will accept a cancellation of an order for 48 hours after the order is placed. However, the order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Privacy

James Tanner does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.

Returns

Returns can be made within seven days of receipt of goods. However, James Tanner is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the goods.

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact james@james-tanner.com

Returned items will not be accepted in the event of any 3rd party alterations or repairs having taken place.

James Tanner accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
